The 32nd edition of the Scopigno Cup World Football Tournament Under 17 ended on Thursday evening with Roma’s success in the final against Atalanta, played at the Centro d’Italia-Manlio Scopigno stadium in Rieti. The president of the Asd Scopigno Cup, Fabrizio Formichetti, takes stock of the tournament and thanks all those who actively worked to make the event a great success.
“The curtain has fallen on the 32nd edition of the Scopigno Cup World Football Tournament Under 17 and it is right to thank on behalf of the Asd Scopigno Cup and myself, all those who in various capacities contributed to the excellent success of the event, because the credit is also and above all theirs. I would like to thank in particular the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Department for Sport, the Minister for Sport and Youth Andrea Abodi, the Prefect of Rieti Dr. Pinuccia Niglio, the Police Chief of Rieti Dr. Mauro Fabozzi, the Army General Staff and the Commander of the NBC School of Rieti Gen.
